Was recommend to use watchfinder from a friend. They had great example of the watch I was after. I ordered it online about mid night and around 9 30 am they called me to confirm my purchase and to let me know it will be with me first thing tomorrow signed delivery. The watch was in perfect condition set to the correct time with a authentication papers from watchfinder. I couldn't be happier fantastic watch anda very good customer experience and i will certainly recommend and use watchfinder again.

Bought an Omega seamaster Chronograph A few years ago always wanted a good watch my first foray into luxury watches the watch was beautiful but my dedication was sadly lacking, didn’t figure the weight into my decision, easy people to do business with, sold it back at a great price highly recommend WF&co

After an issue with a watch that was on the brink of being out of warranty, they sent it to Madrid to have a specialist repair it. Came back perfect.

excellent service from WF and their senior Sales Rep Tom. Next day delivery, secure payment method, the watch itself is a 2015 model but looks good as new, perfect condition and a great price.. they were very happy to resize the bracelet for me.

What was good about Watchfinder wasn’t the fact that it was perfect issue free transaction, it was the speed and efficiency in which they dealt with the issues that did arise, whilst maintaining a high level of communication throughout.

My mother was sold an omega 300m professional mid -size automatic advertised as box and papers turns out the warranty card and other documents aren't correct to the serial number on the watch was told by watchfinder.co.uk it was an unfortunate error and they understand my frustration really bad customer several wouldn't recommend at would go to a AD prices around the same but for peace of mind avoid

Watchfinder were brilliant from start to finish. At first i was very sceptical about trading in my Cartier watch but the watch i found is superb and looks brand new. Good communication throughout the purchase. The price was very good and the watch arrived in excellent condition. The only improvement would be to provide a delivery service where you can select time of day rather than just which day. Overall I’m very pleased and would definitely buy from Watchfinder again.

The product arrived swiftly, tracked etc.
I have large wrists and noted the bracelet slightly too small. I rang Simon at the Mayfair office and he has arranged for extra links to be sent too me.
